Polyethylene has a melting point range of 120 to 180 degrees Celsius and 105 to 115 degrees Celsius. Good thermal properties allow it to be used at both high and low temperatures, even when boiling water is spilled on the tablecloth without damaging it.
Non woven fabric has good fluffiness, lightness, softness and comfort, and good adhesion to PE film. Hot air nonwoven and PE film are either ultrasonically laminated or glued together. Their three-dimensional effect is more prominent and increases the beauty of the final product. When hot air nonwoven and PE film are combined with glue, because the hot air nonwoven itself has a certain thickness, the glue will stick to the side in contact with PE film and will not penetrate the hot air nonwoven on the other side.
