Aug. 19, 2021

A good tablecloth can improve the quality of life and enjoy an elegant life. What kind of tablecloth in your kitchen, have you ever noticed? Is it an ordinary cotton cloth that's hard to clean when it gets dirty? Or a thin plastic film, use a period of time to replace? If so, then you are a coincidence today, see this article, we tell you a new combination of tablecloths: PE composite hot-air non-woven fabric.

The main uses of PE

Packaging applications - HDPE is used in a variety of packaging applications, including crates, trays, milk and juice bottles, food packaging caps, plastic cans, drums, industrial bulk containers and more. In these applications, HDPE provides reasonable impact strength to the final product.
Consumer Products- Low cost and ease of processing make HDPE the material of choice for a variety of household/consumer products such as trash containers, housewares, ice boxes, toys, etc.
Fibers and Textiles- Because of its high tensile strength, HDPE is widely used in ropes, fishing and sports nets, agricultural nets, industrial and decorative fabrics, etc.

Advantages

Anti-static

Polyethylene is a good electrical insulator, resistant to arcing, but can carry static electricity. You don't have to worry about static electricity when you remove the PE-nonwoven tablecloth from the table.

Impact resistance

One of the biggest benefits of using polyethylene is that it is impact resistant. Put your plates on the table with confidence!

Corrosion resistant

This material is also known to be resistant to corrosion. There is no need to worry about damage caused by oxidation and other chemical reactions. You also don't have to worry about condiments like soy sauce or vinegar falling on the tablecloth and damaging it.

Easy to clean

Another huge advantage of using this material is that it is easy to clean. Instead of needing a lot of cleaning products, you can use simple soap and water to make your products look great again. Stains of all kinds quickly become clean with your simple cleaning.

Eco-friendly

One of the best reasons to use polyethylene for large plastic structures is that it is considered eco-friendly. Given the everyday items constructed from plastic, it makes sense to use a material that is quite green.

Temperature resistant

Polyethylene has a melting point range of 120 to 180 degrees Celsius and 105 to 115 degrees Celsius. Good thermal properties allow it to be used at both high and low temperatures, even when boiling water is spilled on the tablecloth without damaging it.

Combination

Non woven fabric has good fluffiness, lightness, softness and comfort, and good adhesion to PE film. Hot air nonwoven and PE film are either ultrasonically laminated or glued together. Their three-dimensional effect is more prominent and increases the beauty of the final product. When hot air nonwoven and PE film are combined with glue, because the hot air nonwoven itself has a certain thickness, the glue will stick to the side in contact with PE film and will not penetrate the hot air nonwoven on the other side.
